Next Generation Radio is an initiative by NPR to train students in radio reporting and get their voices on the air by hosting week-long boot camps across the country. Doug Mitchell runs the program and recently spent a week in Reno working with students from the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno.
