Photo Essay: Planting 10K Flowers In Downtown Reno

On a early Saturday morning, Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, an environmental non-profit, had members recently plant 10,000 flower bulbs in downtown Reno. Our contributor Frankie Wenson visited the crews and took photos of their work.
