Celeste and Jesse Forever / Hit and Run

In Celeste and Jesse Forever - a married couple who met in high school is growing apart. Now thirty, they decide to divorce and attempt to stay best friends while pursuing other relationships. This is not as simple as they had imagined, however. Celeste - imperious, successful and driven - is convinced that divorcing Jesse is the right thing to do.  Jesse accepts the decision despite still being in love with her. As the reality of their separation sets in, Celeste realizes she has been cavalier about their relationship, but the timing of her revelation is less than fortuitous. This week Robin discusses the up and coming actors and writing as well as the comfort and chemistry the actors demonstrate on screen.  Relationships aren't dove into quite as deeply in Hit and Run where former getaway driver Charlie Bronson jeopardizes his Witness Protection Plan identity in order to help his girlfriend get to Los Angeles. The feds and Charlie's former gang chase them on the road.  Hear more about the action and characters as well as a caution for parents on this week's film review with Robin Hollabird.
